Permitted use

Our services may only be used for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Saudi regulations.

User responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information — particularly your name and mobile number, since your appointment confirmation and reminders depend on them.
• Do not use our services to send misleading, spam, or unlawful messages.
• Keep your patient portal access code confidential and do not share it with anyone.

Bookings and appointments

A web booking is a request, not a final confirmation; the branch confirms it after review. Appointments cannot be booked less than 2 hours ahead, or more than 60 days ahead.

You may cancel or reschedule through the patient portal up to 12 hours before your appointment starts. After that, please call the branch directly. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling out of fairness to other patients.

Clinic responsibilities

We strive to provide a stable and secure service; however, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
