Glutathione Injection

Glutathione sessions prescribed after medical assessment, with clear explanation of expectations and medical considerations beforehand.

30 min

This procedure requires an assessment consultation first so we can plan it around your case.

Glutathione Injection

Glutathione is a compound found naturally in the body with an antioxidant role. It is commonly requested to improve skin radiance and evenness of tone, and is given intravenously or intramuscularly according to the agreed protocol.

Medical assessment first

Before any session we review your medical history, current medications and general health. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, certain medical conditions and ingredient allergies are all considerations that may rule out or modify the procedure.

Realistic expectations

Response varies considerably between individuals, and results — where they appear — are gradual and require a series. Glutathione is not a substitute for sun protection, nor for treating pigmentation with a defined cause such as melasma, which has more appropriate protocols.

What should accompany the sessions

We always recommend consistent sunscreen use and a basic skincare routine, since sun exposure is the largest factor in uneven skin tone and no internal treatment compensates for it.

The protocol and number of sessions are set after consultation, and we make no promise of a specific degree of lightening.

What you gain

  • Medical assessment and medication review before any protocol
  • A candid account of realistic expectations
  • A short session under clinical supervision
  • A clear session plan rather than broad promises
  • Sun-protection guidance alongside the protocol
  • Clarification of better options for pigmentation with a defined cause

FAQ

How many sessions before I see a difference?

Response is highly individual, and results where they appear are gradual across a series. We set a realistic plan after assessment rather than promising a fixed number of sessions for a fixed result.

Are there cases where it is unsuitable?

Yes. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, certain medical conditions, ingredient allergies and specific drug interactions all require assessment and may rule it out. This is why consultation before booking is necessary.

Does it replace sunscreen?

Absolutely not. Sun exposure is the biggest cause of uneven skin tone and nothing compensates for it. Sunscreen is a core part of any plan targeting evenness of tone.

Does it treat melasma?

Melasma has its own causes, mechanisms and dedicated treatment protocols. Glutathione is not an established treatment for it, and we will set out the more appropriate options if that is your diagnosis.
