This procedure requires an assessment consultation first so we can plan it around your case.

German Dental Implants

An implant is a titanium root placed in the jawbone to carry the final crown. German implant systems are known for manufacturing precision and well-documented long-term studies, which makes them a common choice where lasting stability matters.

The final restoration is part of the plan

Many quotes price the implant alone and add the restoration later as a separate line. Here the final restoration is included in the plan from the outset, so you know the full cost before starting.

Planning before surgery

We start with 3D imaging to assess bone density and height and the position of nerves and sinuses. From that scan the implant size and position are determined precisely, along with whether the case needs a bone graft beforehand.

The integration phase

After placement, the implant needs to integrate with the bone, typically 3 to 6 months depending on the case and site. A temporary tooth can be fitted in visible areas during that time.

Whether implants are appropriate depends on gum health, bone density and general medical history, and is decided after examination and imaging.

FAQ

How long does a complete implant take?

From placement to fitting the final crown is usually 3 to 6 months, which is the bone integration period. Cases needing a bone graft take longer, and this is set out in the plan.

Is the procedure painful?

It is done under local anaesthetic, so you feel no pain during it. Afterwards, some swelling and mild discomfort for a few days is expected and managed with prescribed pain relief.

What does 'including the final restoration' mean?

It means the crown fitted over the implant is part of the plan rather than an extra charged later. Any additional work such as bone grafting is stated clearly and separately in the quote.

Is everyone a candidate for implants?

No. Implants need healthy gums, sufficient bone density and stable general health. Some cases need preparation first, and for some a different option is the better answer — we say so plainly after the assessment.
