Bleaching does not remove hair; it lightens it towards the skin tone so it becomes far less noticeable. It is a quick, non-invasive option for anyone who prefers not to remove hair, or who wants an immediate result between laser sessions.
Who it suits
It suits fine dark hair on the upper lip, chin and sides of the face, and brows where the aim is to soften intensity rather than reshape. Very coarse hair responds less, since its thickness remains noticeable even once lightened.
Patch testing first
Facial skin is thinner and more reactive than body skin. We therefore patch test a small area behind the ear or along the jaw before full application, particularly on a first visit or for sensitive skin.
After the session
Mild redness may appear and settles within hours. We advise avoiding exfoliants, retinol products and direct sun for a day or two, using a gentle moisturiser and sunscreen.

How long does bleaching last?
Usually two to four weeks, until new hair grows in at its original colour. The interval varies with your hair growth rate.
Does bleaching make hair grow more?
No. Bleaching affects the colour of existing hair only; it does not change the follicle or its growth rate.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Usually yes, with a prior patch test and a gentle formulation. Tell us about any known sensitivities or use of retinol or exfoliants, as we may ask you to pause them before the session.
Can brows be bleached without changing their shape?
Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons for it — softening the colour while keeping the brow's natural shape, with no plucking or trimming.
